- "Services": All digital marketing solutions provided by MyFame, including, but not limited to, likes, followers, views, comments, shares, reactions, and engagement boosts across social media platforms.
- "Client" / "User": Any individual, business, or entity using MyFame's Services.
- "Panel": MyFame's proprietary dashboard where Clients place and manage orders for social media marketing services.
- "Social Media Platforms": Third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- "Force Majeure": Events beyond the reasonable control of MyFame, such as social media API changes, government action, cyberattacks, internet disruptions, or changes to third-party service policies.
1.2 Legal Compliance
- MyFame operates as a digital intermediary, providing promotional tools only.
- Clients assume full legal responsibility for how they use these tools.
- MyFame does not endorse, encourage, or participate in fraudulent, defamatory, illegal, or unethical activities.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
2.1 Eligibility
By using MyFame's Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use the Services.
- You understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You comply with all local, national, and international laws, including those concerning online content, intellectual property, and digital marketing.
2.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions
Due to legal restrictions, MyFame reserves the right to deny service to users from countries under U.S./UN sanctions, such as Iran, North Korea, or regions where Social Media Marketing (SMM) services are prohibited.
3. NATURE OF SERVICES
3.1 Service Description
MyFame provides automated and manual social media growth services, including, but not limited to:
- Followers, Likes, Views, Engagement Boosts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Custom Campaigns, including Influencer Marketing, Paid Promotions, and other promotional services.
- All services are intended for promotional purposes only and are not affiliated with any Social Media Platform.
3.2 No Affiliation with Social Media Platforms
MyFame is NOT affiliated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, or any other Social Media Platform.
- The Services are provided "as-is", with no guarantees of the permanence or authenticity of the results.
- The use of MyFame's Services may violate the terms of the third-party platforms, and MyFame assumes no liability for any penalties, bans, or account terminations resulting from such violations.
3.3 No Guarantees
MyFame does not guarantee that Social Media Platforms will not suspend, ban, or penalize your account.
- All services are promotional tools—Clients use them at their own risk.
- MyFame's Services may result in temporary or permanent suspension of social media accounts by third-party platforms, and we are not liable for such actions.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Legal & Ethical Use
You agree not to use MyFame's Services for any of the following:
- Illegal activities (e.g., fraud, hacking, phishing, harassment, etc.)
- Impersonation (e.g., creating fake accounts or using stolen identities)
- Defamation, hate speech, or obscene content
- Violation of intellectual property rights (e.g., using copyrighted material without authorization)
- Manipulating platforms for illegal gain (e.g., political misinformation, election manipulation)
4.2 Account Ownership
- You must own or have written authorization to promote the accounts you submit.
- MyFame reserves the right to terminate services if ownership or authorization is disputed.
4.3 Payment Compliance
- Stolen or fraudulent payments will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
- Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in permanent banning of the user and legal recovery for the disputed amounts.
5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
5.1 No Liability for Platform Actions
MyFame is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including:
- Account suspensions, bans, shadowbans, or deletions due to the use of MyFame's Services.
- Loss of business, revenue, reputation, or other damages due to third-party platform enforcement.
- Algorithm changes, policy updates, or technical issues that may affect the visibility or functionality of your social media account.
5.2 Force Majeure
MyFame will not be liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in the provision of services caused by:
- Social media platform changes (e.g., API updates, new policies)
- Government bans or internet shutdowns
- Cyberattacks, data breaches, or other events beyond our control.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyFame, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and contractors against:
- Any legal claims (civil, criminal) arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to copyright infringement, defamation, intellectual property violations, or fraudulent activity.
- Any penalties, fines, or claims imposed on MyFame due to your misuse or violation of third-party platform rules.
7. REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY
7.1 No Refunds for Completed Orders
- All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if services are undelivered at MyFame's discretion.
- Refunds will be issued as panel credits and not as cash or cryptocurrency.
7.2 Fraudulent Payment and Chargeback Policy
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment claims will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action to recover the amount owed.
- You agree that MyFame will retain the right to pursue all legal remedies to recover fraudulent payments, including engaging with collection agencies or taking legal action.
8. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS & MODIFICATIONS
- MyFame reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- No compensation is owed for service interruptions due to third-party changes (e.g., social media API updates, government regulations, internet outages).
9. JURISDICTION & LEGAL COMPLIANCE
9.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert State], India. All legal disputes arising under this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City/District].

- Initiate chargebacks, disputes, or unauthorized payments.
- Engage in spam, illegal activities, or violation of third-party platform terms.
11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
11.1 Data Collected
- We collect basic user data, including email, IP address, and transaction history for the purpose of providing services.
- We do not store sensitive data such as passwords, credit card information, or personally identifiable information (PII) unless required by law.
11.2 Data Usage
- We will never sell or rent your data to third parties.
